So how was your Halloween?
Mine was great; it's the one day that I don't get odd stares from people when I go
out in my regular "street clothes." [See picture, left] |
But this year, my biggest treat came in the form of
the photos below. While they appear to make up "just another jeffthomas.com family
picture gallery," in reality, these are photographs of a group of dedicated
jeffthomas.com fans from Gary, IN. As a tribute to the people who are featured on
this site, they decided to dress up as their favorite Thomas family members this
Halloween. So join me as we judge the first-ever jeffthomas.com Halloween costume

While the guys who dressed up as my Dad and me do a pretty good job, the woman who is
costumed as my Aunt Marguerite needs to work a little bit on her mannerisms. The
real Marguerite usually looks much more fed up with our shenanigans.
Left: With the way he's giving out bad advice during a game of cards, you'd swear
that guy really is my Uncle Earl.
Right: The woman dressed as my Aunt Liv laughs maniacally while "Mom"
sets out to prove that she is the most convincing of the fake Thomases ...
.... by snapping this picture of her thumb:
Wow! Not only does she look like my Mother, she's also got Mom's
style down pat. Now that's really scary!
